About Kate Hudson

Kate is Matrix Resources Director.  She has a bachelors degree in Business Psychology and is an Associate Member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.  Her work includes a variety of strategic consulting services such as partnering with the key stakeholders of organisations to assist them to reach their goals, and provides management and staff the tools for finding on-going problem solving outcomes. 

Her focus is in psychometric assessment administration, where she is qualified to administer and interpret a range of assessment tools which aid Talent Management, Team Development, Job Analysis and customised Training programmes, including delivering Communication and Team Dynamic Workshops for Supervisor and Management Levels. 

Kate is also committed to assisting teenage youth and their parents with advice on career guidance, and utilises a number of psychometric assessments to provide informative and relevant suggestions for potential career choices and NCEA subject selection.

In addition, Kate is also experienced in the Forestry, Transport and Recruitment sectors and has practiced locally as an independent consultant working with a variety of organisations.

Kate has a flexible, practical approach which is goal-oriented to working as a consultant.  She is dedicated to partnering with organisations and individuals to help them achieve excellence whilst promoting integrity and collaboration.
